HeroPlanner MCP

This is the HeroPlanner MCP server. Add https://mcp.hohtools.eu/mcp as a custom connector in Claude (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector) and sign in with Discord.

Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http heroplanner https://mcp.hohtools.eu/mcp

You need HeroPlanner access and a HeroesBot /xauth token.
